		CN: Standard Tech Bonus For 1 Million Casualties | 
		Nations can specify a CN:Stanard nation name in their tournament edition nation edit screen. If your tournament edition nation reaches 1+ million casualties (defending + attacking) during the 
		tournament round then the CN:Standard nation that is specified will be rewarded with +250 technology at the end of the current tournament round. Only one reward of +250 technology 
		will be applied per nation in CN:Standard. You can specify your own CN:Standard nation name or someone else's. Your TE nation must be active through to the end of the tournament round to get the reward. 
		The SE nation name must be spelled correctly to recieve the bonus. If you do not input a SE nation name then no reward will be applied once the tournament round ends. |
